【摘要】:ISO7743:2004specifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofthecompressionstress-strainpropertiesofvulcanizedorthermoplasticrubber,usingastandardtestpiece,aproductorapartofaproduct.Threeproceduresaregiven:usingastandardtestpiecewiththemetalplateslubricated;usingastandardtestpiecewiththemetalplatesbondedtothetestpiece;usingaproductorapartofaproductwiththemetalplateslubricated.Thethreeproceduresdonotgivethesameresults.Withlubricatedtestpieces,theresultsaredependentonlyonthemodulusoftherubberandareindependentofthetestpieceshape,providedthatcompleteslipconditionsareachieved.Effectivelubricationissometimesdifficulttoachieve,however,anditisprudenttoinspectthevarianceinthetestresultsfromreplicatetestpiecesforindicationsoferraticslipconditions.Withbondedtestpieces,theresultsaredependentonboththemodulusoftherubberandthetestpieceshape.Thedependenceontestpieceshapeisstrongandconsequentlytheresultswillbemarkedlydifferentfromthoseobtainedwithlubricatedtestpieces.Forproducts,theresultisdependentontheshape,butastestsonproductsaremainlycomparativethisisacceptable.NOTEForwell-specifiedproductshapes,suchasO-rings,theresultmaybecorrelatedtothehardnessvalue.Themethodisnotsuitableformaterialsthatexhibithighset.
