【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedtobeusedbypartiesinvolvedinthetestingoffloorsandroofsofstructureseitherinthefieldorthelaboratory.Testsareeitherprooftestsorteststofailure,andareapplicabletoallconstructionmaterials.Thepracticeisnotintendedforuseinroutinequalitycontroltestingofindividualbuildingelementsorconstructions.1.1Thispracticecoversstaticloadtestingoffloorsandlowsloperoofs(roofshavingaslopeoflessthan1in12)underactualorsimulatedserviceconditions,andisapplicabletotypicalelementsorsectionsofstructuresfabricatedfortestortoactualexistingbuildingcomponents.Thispracticeisintendedforuseindeterminingthestrengthandstiffnessofelementsorsectionsoffloorsandroofsofbuildingsundergravityloads,aswellasincheckingthedesign,materials,connections,andthequalityofthefabricationofsuchbuildingconstructions.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61280providesaparameterdefinitionandatestmethodforobtainingopticalsignal-to-noiseratio(OSNR)usingapparatusthatmeasurestheopticalspectrumatamultichannelinterface.Becausenoisemeasurementismadeonanopticalspectrumanalyzer,themeasurednoisedoesnotincludesourcerelativeintensitynoise(RIN)orreceivernoise.Threeimplementationsforanopticalspectrumanalyser(OSA)arediscussed:adiffraction-grating-basedOSA,aMichelsoninterferometer-basedOSA,andaFabry-Perot-basedOSA.PerformancecharacteristicsoftheOSAthataffectOSNRmeasurementaccuracyareprovided.Atypicalopticalspectrumatamultichannelinterfaceisshowninfigure1.Importantcharacteristicsareasfollows.·ThechannelsareplacednominallyonthegriddefinedbyITURecommendationG.694.1.·Individualchannelsmaybenon-existentbecauseitisanetworkdesignedwithopticaladd/dropdemultiplexersorbecauseparticularchannelsareoutofservice.·Bothchannelpowerandnoisepowerareafunctionofwavelength.ForcalculatingOSNR,themostappropriatenoisepowervalueisthatatthechannelwave-length.However,withadirectspectralmeasurement,thenoisepoweratthechannelwavelengthisincludedinsignalpowerandisdifficulttoextract.Anestimateofthechannelnoisepowercanbemadebyinterpolatingthenoisepowervaluebetweenchannels.
