【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesareferencemodelandaconceptualframeworkforlocation-basedservices(LBS),anddescribesthebasicprinciplesbywhichLBSapplicationsmayinteroperate.Thisframeworkreferencesorcontainsanontology,ataxonomy,asetofdesignpatternsandacoresetofLBSserviceabstractspecificationsinUML.ThisInternationalStandardfurtherspecifiestheframework'srelationshiptootherframeworks,applicationsandservicesforgeographicinformationandtoclientapplications.ThisInternationalStandardaddresses,foranLBSsystem,thefirstthreebasicviewpointsasdefinedintheReferenceModelforOpenDistributedProcessing(RM-ODP,seeISO/IEC10746-1).Theseviewpointsarethea)EnterpriseViewpoint–detailingthepurpose,scope,andpoliciesofthesystem,b)InformationViewpoint–detailingthesemanticsofinformationandprocessingwithinthesystem,c)ComputationalViewpoint–detailingthefunctionaldecompositionofthesystem.Thefourthandfifthviewpointsareaddressedonlyinrequirementsorexamples.Thesearethed)EngineeringViewpoint–detailingtheinfrastructurefordistribution,e)TechnologyViewpoint–detailingthetechnologyforimplementation.Referencemodelsandframeworkscanbedefinedatavarietyoflevels,fromconceptualdesigntosoftwaredocumentation.ThisInternationalStandard-definestheconceptualframeworkfor,andthetypeofapplicationsincludedwithin,LBS,-establishesgeneralprinciplesforLBSforbothmobileandfixedclients,-specifiestheinterfacefordataaccesswhileroaming,-definesthearchitecturalrelationshipwithotherISOgeographicinformationstandards,-identifiesareasinwhichfurtherstandardsforLBSarerequired.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotaddressthefollowingissues:-rulesbywhichLBSaredeveloped;-generalprinciplesforroamingagreementsformobileclientsandtrackingtargets.

本指导性技术文件总结了一些欧洲国家为评估在中压(My)和低压(Lv)配电线上传输配电自动化系统数据的能力而进行的测试研究的结果。
测试研究工作是在数量不多但很典型的情况下进行的。可以认为本部分中的结果对于所有类似情况具有代表性。
