【摘要】:ThispartoftheIEC61850seriesintroducesthemodellingmethods,communicationprinciples,andinformationmodelsthatareusedinthepartsofIEC61850-7-x.ThepurposeofthispartoftheIEC61850seriesistoprovide-fromaconceptualpointofview-assistancetounderstandthebasicmodellingconceptsanddescriptionmethodsfor:-substation-specificinformationmodelsforsubstationautomationsystems,-devicefunctionsusedforsubstationautomationpurposes,and-communicationsystemstoprovideinteroperabilitywithinsubstations.Furthermore,thispartoftheIEC61850seriesprovidesexplanationsandprovidesdetailedrequirementsrelatingtotherelationbetweenIEC61850-7-4,IEC61850-7-3,IEC61850-7-2andIEC61850-5.ThispartexplainshowtheabstractservicesandmodelsofIEC61850-7-xaremappedtoconcretecommunicationprotocolsasdefinedinIEC61850-8-1.TheconceptsandmodelsprovidedinthispartoftheIEC61850seriesmayalsobeappliedtodescribeinformationmodelsandfunctionsfor:-substationtosubstationinformationexchange,-substationtocontrolcentreinformationexchange,-informationexchangefordistributedautomation,-informationexchangeformetering,-conditionmonitoringanddiagnosis,and-informationexchangewithengineeringsystemsfordeviceconfiguration.NOTE1ThispartofIEC61850usesexamplesandexcerptsfromotherpartsoftheIEC61850series.Theseexcerptsareusedtoexplainconceptsandmethods.TheseexamplesandexcerptsareinformativeinthispartofIEC61850.NOTE2Examplesinthispartusenamesofclasses(e.g.XCBRforaclassofalogicalnode)definedinIEC61850-7-4,IEC61850-7-3,andservicenamesdefinedinIEC61850-7-2.ThenormativenamesaredefinedinIEC61850-7-4,IEC61850-7-3,andIEC61850-7-2only.NOTE3ThispartofIEC61850doesnotprovideacomprehensivetutorial.Itisrecommendedthatthispartbereadfirst-inconjunctionwithIEC61850-7-4,IEC61850-7-3,andIEC61850-7-2.Inaddition,itisrecommendedthatIEC61850-1andIEC61850-5alsoberead.NOTE4ThispartofIEC61850doesnotdiscussimplementationissues.
