【摘要】:Thistestmethodisdesignedfortestingofeithertoroidalormatedsoftmagneticcorecomponentsoverarangeoftemperatures,frequencies,andfluxdensities.Thereproducibilityandrepeatabilityofthistestmethodaresuchthatitissuitablefordesign,specificationacceptance,serviceevaluation,andresearchanddevelopment.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheequipment,procedures,andmeasurementofcorelossofeithertoroidalormatedsoftmagneticcorecomponents,suchassoftferritecores,ironpowdercores,andsoforth,overrangesofcontrolledambienttemperaturestypicallyfrom20to+120C,frequenciesfrom10kHzto1MHz,undersinusoidalfluxconditions.1.2Thevaluesandequationsstatedincustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)ofSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthistestmethod,SIunitsareshowninbracketsexceptforthesectionsconcerningcalculationswherethereareseparatesectionsfortherespectiveunitsystems.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
